Creamy Onion Dip
Ingredients:

• 1 c. dairy sour cream
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. Glutino onion soup mix (105009)
• 2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Thoroughly combine sour cream, mayonnaise or dressing, onion soup mix and parsley. Cover, chill until serving time. Serve with chips or Glutino crackers.(108011) Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Fireworks Green Salad

• 1/2 cup chopped shallots
• 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper and yellow bell pepper
• 2 (10 ounce) packages mixed salad greens
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 pinch ground black pepper
• 2 pinches salt
• Walden Farms Salad Dressings (955073, 955074, 955075, 955076, 955077)
• Gluten Free pantry Croutons (129070)

Lime Pie

Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
• 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed Jo-sef Graham Crackers (95-7054)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 5 tbsp butter, melted

Filling
• 1 can (14 oz) nonfat sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp lime zest, minced
• 1 egg
• 2 eggs, yolks and whites separated
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 1 lime, thinly sliced (optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F.
For crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and butter. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of a nonstick 9" pie pan and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool.

For filling: In a medium bowl, using a fork, beat milk, lime juice, and zest. Add 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks (reserve whites) and beat well. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. After about 20 seconds, add cream of tartar. Fold whites into custard mixture and pour into partially baked crust. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until set. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
