Charles Town Baked Yellow Squash     
 
·         5 yellow squash
·         1/2 cup chopped onion
·         ½ cup of cream
·         2 Tbs of butter
·         ½ cup of Glutino Original Crackers
 
Cook the squash and onion together.  Then drain and mash.Return to pan.
 Add 1/2 cup cream and 2 tablespoons butter to above mixture.  Stir well.
 
Butter a 9x9 baking dish and add the above ingredients. Crush about 1/2 cup gluten free crackers and sprinkle on top.
 
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.   Let cool a little and enjoy!
