La Tortilla Ivory Teff Wraps # 952019

 

Breakfast Wraps (great for camping)

Make as many as you like.

Scrambled or fried eggs

Grated cheddar cheese

Cooked Turkey bacon

 

Heat one wrap in a dry skillet set over medium heat.  Turn and sprinkle with cheese to cover the surface.  As soon as the cheese begins to melt, remove the wrap. Layer with eggs and turkey bacon, roll and enjoy. 

 

Asian Turkey Slaw Wrap

 

3 La Tortilla Ivory Teff Wraps # 952019

 

Dressing:

¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise

1-2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1-2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

 

1/3 of a bag of coleslaw mix from the produce section

½ lb. sliced turkey from the deli section

1 large tomato, sliced

 

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with coleslaw mix.  (This is best done ahead and stored in the refrigerator.) Warm a wrap in a dry skillet over medium heat, about 1 minute on each side.  Cover with one-third of the coleslaw mixture.  Top with several slices of turkey and 2-3 slices of tomato.  Roll and store wrapped in a piece of paper towel or aluminum foil.  Repeat and enjoy.
