Chocolate Sundae Cake
·         2 bags Gluten Free Pantry Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix
·         1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
·         1-7 1/2 oz. jar Marshmallow Fluff
·         1 1/2 cup gluten free chocolate chips
·         15-18 gluten free caramels
·         2 tsp. gluten free vanilla
 
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 2 chocolate cakes according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool. Transfer to cookie sheet. Spread a layer of fluff on each cake. Place cookie sheet in oven for 8 -10 minutes. Do not let the fluff brown. Remove from oven and cool.
 
Transfer one layer to a serving plate. Combine caramels and vanilla and microwave. Mixture should be soft enough to drizzle over each cake layer. Microwave chocolate chips and drizzle the same way. Sprinkle each layer with nuts. Using 2 spatulas, place one layer on top of the other to form a double layer cake. Enjoy!
