Cream Cheese Frosting
·         1 ½ oz. low fat cream cheese
·         2 Tbs. softened unsalted butter
·         1 tsp. vanilla
·         ½ tsp. orange or lemon juice
·         2-3 cups powdered sugar
Beat first four ingredients together until fluffy. Add half the powdered
sugar. Beat well and add extra sugar as needed for smooth, thick consistency. Add color, if
desired, and frost cookies.
