Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
INGREDIENTS: ½ cup of blueberries 1/8 cup apple juice ½ teaspoon corn starch 1 teaspoon water ¼ cup cold margerine ¼ teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 1 egg (beaten) ½ teaspoon Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract 3 ounces softened cream cheese ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ cup sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS: 3). Mix the yogurt, ½ of the beaten egg,and vanilla together. Stir this into the flour mix. Spray the pan (9x6x2”) and add thi s mixture. 5). Bake about 30 minutes at 350*. Let cool before serving.
