"This is by far the best gluten free bread i have every made! one suggestion: after trying 4 times to get yeast to take with the milk, we used 1 cup of water, warm, and a teaspoon of sugarto start the yeast... then when adding all the ingredients to the mixer we added 2/3 a cup of milk to the mix. it worked and the yeast finally took! the mix doesnt taste gritty and i can barely taste the difference between gluten-free bread and regular bread!"
