"This is a favorite breakfast for my husband (who is not gluten-free) and me.
I like to put it right in the cold water, though, and cook it for a little longer to make it a bit smoother. I also add cinnamon apple sauce to lighten it up a bit.
To serve, we like it with a pat (okay, two pats!) of butter, let it melt, then add cinnamon and drizzle honey over the entire surface. Add to that just a spot of cream, and you're in hot heaven. Leave it on top, do NOT mix everything in! If you leave it on top, ever spoonful you dip out will be coated with this creamy, buttery-sweet goodness. "
