"This baguette bread is fantastic - you cannot tell it is gluten free. The packaging is also excellent -- it will keep fresh inside the airtight package for several weeks (or more). When you open it, you bake it for 5 minutes at 400 in the oven -- even when it is cool you cannot tell it is gluten free. Works great for sub sandwiches or making appetizers or just plain dipped in olive oil. What a wonderful find!"
