"These rolls were more than I had expected. They were wonderful when warm and fresh, but were almost as good the next day. They tasted great and were just the right texture. Not chewy, hard, or crumbly."

"These sub sandwich rolls are delicious. I have found all of the Dr Schar products are good -- these are similar to the baguette bread. You cannot tell these are gluten free. They must be baked in the oven at 400 for 5 minutes -- they taste great right out of the oven or after they have cooled."
