"These cookies are the best I have tried,being gluten free since 2002 I have tried them all. I like them plain but also with peanut butter. I also make a pie crust out of them, and it is delicious. "

"These cookies are great! They are good to snack on, but I like to crush them up and make a cookie crust to make cheesecakes, quick pie crusts (instead of graham cracker crust)
