"I can't quite express how happy I was when I found these things. I LOVE having cheeses and meats, braunschweiger, summer sausage, whatever, on some crackers, and I used to love Ritz or Melba Rounds... I could find NO substitute, having tried every single cracker in the greater Atlanta area, then my sister bought me some of these when I visited her in Michigan. Thank God for these. They are light, flaky, crispy, buttery, delicious. I'm so surprised these only have four stars so far, but the ONE complaint I think you could have about these is that they're difficult to work with. Just like a lot of gluten free breads aren't that easy to pull out of the toaster without just tearing (I actually lean my toaster on its side now and slide the toast out onto the plate) these crackers just require a little more effort. It's totally worth it. And once you learn how, it's not a problem. I get a nice flat cutting board, get some of these crackers out, pull the cutting board right over to the edge of the table, put the cracker flat on the board, right next to the edge, and then I can put a knife-ful of cheese or whatever on the cracker without breaking it. These work well in soup, too. No other gluten free cracker I've had comes anywhere close to being able to make that claim. Love 'em."
