"These were awesome! On the box I received from my sister, there was an option to make pancakes. Since I started my gluten free diet, that's been a hard thing to miss!! Pancakes in the morning with maple syrup makes ANYBODY happy! I've tried several different gluten free pancake mixes, non of which compare to this!! I felt like I was really eating a pancake (not a dog biscuit). I've decided to try more of the mixes listed because this was so fantastic. I love it and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone on a gluten free diet. My life it complete!! :)"

"This mix makes WONDERFUL muffins! I've added dried blueberries for blueberry muffins, and just made some banana-chocolate chip muffins and they turned out GREAT! With a little frosting, these would probably even make good cupcakes! Two very happy thumbs up! "

"Easy to use, appreciate product having only 7 ingredients. As a basic mix, can use my own add-ins. Comes out to about 35 cents per muffin (I get 15). Only problem is that muffins stick to paper baking cups and require a spoon to scrape off the entire muffin. "
