"The cup for cup amout to be used is great , its the best I have tried so far. The taste is mild and my recipes are very close to what they were with reg.flour. I am the one who has a problem with gluten and I am new to this GF world, also my family are willing to give up reg.flour so I can replace it with this product. There are some recipes they can not even tell the difference that I have used gluten free flour. I also like the fact that there are few ingredients. Thank God for Gluten Free Pantry All Purpose Flour.. "
