"I just made this cake yesterday into cupcakes, I got 18 nice sized cupcakes for us. (my husband is diabetic so wanted to bring down the per serving sugar amount)
This is the best gluten free cake mix I have every eaten, no one would ever know that this is gluten free. I have been making one from another company, but the flour is bean flour base which I don't like. Excellent product. I posted a review on my blog too."
