"My son has celiac disease and we tried many different mixes from scratch to just about every box mix and this is by far the BEST!!!! The bread is light in texture and the kids love it. Also it is the most reasonably priced of all the products we have tried. (An added plus.) "

"We use this mix in our bread machine (with a GF setting), but we prepare it like sandwich bread. My son has wheat, egg, and dairy allergies. and the Gluten-Free Pantry "Sandwich Bread" mix has dairy, so we can't use it. With the "French Bread/Pizza" mix we can substitute ingredients. This mix is a no-brainer in the bread machine and we haven't botched a loaf yet! The texture and flavor are fantastic! We've tried a lot of mixes and this one is our favorite by far!"

"I've been trying to make more of an Artisan bread and have not been too successful. This bread is absolutely delicious, exactly what I have been looking for and my entire family loved it! They all agreed you would never know that it was Gluten free unless you were the one who made it. I also did it in free form style and baked in on a pizza stone. "

"I made a loaf of the French bread in my bread machine last week. It was so easy. It tasted delicious. After slicing the bread, I froze the slices. I can now pull out how much I need, let it thaw and toast. I have tried a few other mixes and they were too gritty but this by far has been the best!"

"Hello, I just wanted to write to let you know that I’ve been looking for a good gluten-free bread mix and have tried most on the market. Today I baked a loaf of your French bread and it is without questions the best I’ve tried. Thank you so much!!! Three years ago I was diagnosed with a rare form of colitis that renders me gluten-intolerant. The irony of this diagnosis at age 50 was that my family ran a traditional German bakery in small town Wisconsin for 54 years! How’s that for a shock? Suffice it to say I know good bread and learning that I could no longer enjoy gluten-rich breads and pastry was devastating. The good news for me and so many others with the more typical Celiac disease is that there are companies like yours striving to perfect healthy, delicious foods. I have learned a great deal about living gluten-free and how important it is to read food product ingredients from top to bottom and all the minute details in between. I’m happy to also say that my disorder has made many others more aware of the importance of knowing precisely what’s in their food and eating closer to the source without processing and mysterious additives. Thanks again for the work you do on our behalf! I will be ordering mixes from your company now that I know I can count on your products. Best, Mary Jo Gordon Seymour, WI "

"Makes pretty good pizza crust. Probably the best I've had since GF diet. "

"I was a little disappointed in the crust, I used it for pizza crust and it was too chewy and not crispy for a thin crust like I was hoping. Still wasn't bad for a gluten free crust, the texture was so-so and while not comparable to regular wheat crusts was definitely eatible. I'll probably use it again, but I think tostadas make better mini pizza crusts than this did. I split it into 6 pizza crusts that would easily serve 2 each, so the box was much too large for my 2-person family as well. I hope the prebaked crusts freeze well."

"Used a pizza stone to bake this crust. It looked good, but was too chewy on the inside & like crusty bread on the outside. It was supposed to make one crust, but could easily be made into two...if that would help the texture. Taste was OK for GF."
