"GlutenFreeda's Instant Oatmeal, and especially the Maple Banana flavor, is an incredibly delicious, nutricious and quick meal. It's well balanced - not too sweet or bland, and in a very hearty portion that will keep you going all morning. I love it. And the "Instant" is a huge bonus! By far, it's my most favorite gluten free food item of late. "
