I just wanted to take a few moments to tell you how awesome your cinnamon raisin bagels are. I am a newly diagnosed celiac disease patient and am COMPLETELY overwhelmed with the dietary changes that I have to make. I have been refraining from trying new products because I am afraid that I will get discouraged after trying them and not liking them... I will say that your bagels taste awesome and the consistency is perfect ! Since I am so new to the celiac/ gluten free world, I haven't had a chance to try many of your products, but I am going to try everything that you offer, I can tell that your products will be satisfying and delicious, just as your bagels are. I can't wait to enjoy eating again !!!
