"I liked this somewhat. It has the same texture and look as an English muffin, but the taste was no where near and English Muffin. It tasted more like cornbread or a corn muffin. I'm going to keep shopping and hopefully find a gluten free English Muffin that tastes like an English Muffin (sour doughey). "
