"Awesome Bread! Never had a problem with it being crumbly. I freeze it and it still comes out perfect. Makes it through the day as sandwiches for school lunches..the kids love it as french toast, too!! The only bread I buy!"

"After reading all the hype about Genius bread, I purchased a case of the multi-grain. Big mistake. On the positive side, the loaf is shelf stable and the slices are larger than Udi's or Rudi's, (my two standby favorites). I found the bread a bit dry and extremely fragile. I was only able to get about 4 "whole" slices out of an entire bag and the remaining slices I made into breadcrumbs. I did contact glutenfree.com customer service and they asked for the date on the loaves for quality control, and are sending coupons for replacements. I hope that I just had a bad batch."
