April 8, 2011 ANGELA, MORRISTOWN, TN "I use a 1/4 cup of Glutino breadcrumbs with a 1/2 gf grated Parmesan, a few dashes of garlic powder, paprika, dried basil and grated peppercorns as a coating for the 3-4 Perdue GF Italian chicken breasts. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes in a foil lined and topped glass baking dish. Yummy. Even my picky child will eat it."
