"These cookies are fabulous - they taste EXACTLY like real chocolate chip cookies used to. You have to add the chips. We used white chocolate chips because they were the only chips we had that were gluten free. I can't wait to make these with real chocolate chips. "

"Great cookies base for everything from chocolate chip to almond streusel bars, and lots more besides. Also a great sweet dessert crust. Whole grain brown rice nutrition, too! KAF uses a patented process to stabilize the brown rice flour so it's shelf stable & not at all bitter. As in most whole grain baking the texture is a tiny bit grainy but this goes away if it sets up overnight so the nutty bran has time to hydrate & soften up more. "
