"When cooking gluten free the best compliment you can get is: "It tastes norma.l" or "I can't tell it's gluten free.". I have gotten both of these comments with this product. I make pancakes every weekend with this mix and it never fails me. I get consistently delicious and light pancakes. Just last night I made banana bread using the recipe from the Pamela's website and indeed "it tasted normal". In fact, it came out more moist and cooked more evenly that my old banana bread recipe!"
