"These are fantastic. They're actually about 9" to 9.5" (not perfectly round), and thin-crust thickness. Half is perfect for a meal. They are very easy - put on a pizza pan, cover with all your favorite toppings, bake. They don't burn easily, so you can cook longer than the directions state if you want the cheese to melt more and get more browned. Delicious!! If you've been missing pizza, try these!"

"I really like this crust. It holds up well to a lot of toppings and tastes great. It isn't a really hard crunchy crust, and the next day, it will soften a little. I have half a pizza, and my husband finishes the second half. They look to be about five to six inches, and are delicious and filling. "

"My three yr old (celiac) and 5 yr old (non-celiac) both like this crust. That is a major benefit in this family! I also thought this crust was really good. A little too much corn meal "dust" but that is easily fixable. Great Product, I keep them stocked up in the freezer."
