Dessert Parfaits
 
Make your own parfaits are a great way to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth and your guests gets to pick their own choices.   Set out bowls of broken up cookies, graham crackers or biscotti; pudding or mousse; berries, chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup, and toasted coconut; and whipped cream. Make it all gluten-free. No one will know the difference and everyone will have fun. 
 
Here are a few ideas or make up your own. Use liqueur glasses or other stemware for a festive touch. 
 
The Base:
Glutino Vanilla Crème Cookies

The Cream Layer:
Instant pudding – make up two or more flavors such as lemon, French vanilla, pistachio, and chocolate

The Garnishes:
Berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, shaved chocolate, chocolate chips, toasted coconut or chopped nuts.

The Topping:

Whipped cream, chocolate whipped cream, espresso flavored whipped cream. (Cool Whip can be used. Fold in cocoa powder or concentrated coffee for variety.)
