Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 1 ½ lbs of ground beef
- 1 ½ cups of Glutino Original Crackers – crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce
- 1 10 lb 10 oz jar Ragu traditional sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Mix ground beef with other ingredients. Shape into round balls. Brown slowly in skillet using 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Mix sauce and pour over meat balls. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook gluten free spaghetti according to package directions. Place spaghetti on large serving platter or individual plates. Spoon sauce and meatballs over spaghetti. Top with shredded cheese. Serves 8 |
